Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and able to think on your feet. Reliable, punctual, and not afraid to hold your crew (and yourself) to a high standard. Familiar with mowers, trimmers, blowers, and basic lawn care practices - or eager to learn. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: For Mowing Crews - Execute scheduled lawn maintenance services with precision and efficiency. Ensure job sites are completed on time, with quality that exceeds client expectations. Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the job site and company vehicle. Use mobile app to log completed jobs, time, and any notes or issues. Driving a truck and trailer with equipment. For Landscape Crew - the above applies to you also, along with trimming bushes, planting, edging, mulching/stone work. THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF: You need to be micromanaged. You don't enjoy physical work or working outdoors in all weather conditions. You're just looking for a paycheck, not a career. You struggle with punctuality or accountability.
