Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include actively engaging prospective clients, delivering tailored product and service solutions, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and manage new client prospects.Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Proven track record in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.Ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to enhance their operational performance.Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.Experience in the automotive or heavy-duty truck parts industry is highly desirable.Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales enablement platforms is a plus.
