Job Role: ServiceNow DeveloperExperience: 10+ YearsLocation: Austin /TXVisa: Except GCJob Description:ServiceNow certification(s) required (e.g., Certified System Administrator plus Certified Application Developer or equivalent advanced certification). • Demonstrated hands-on development experience — not limited to configuration, catalog builds, or UI Policy management. • Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions/Policies. • Proven experience building custom components and widgets from scratch within ServiceNow Workspace or Service Portal. • Deep, hands-on experience with integration architecture — REST/SOAP web services, MID Server, and third-party system integrations. • Ability to design and build upgrade-safe customizations that persist through platform version upgrades. • Strong understanding of platform scalability and performance optimization for custom-built applications.
