Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field.- Approximately 10 years of aviation-related experience- Approximately 5 years of flight test planning/conducting experience- U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a Secret ClearanceNice to Have Skills & ExperienceActive security ClearanceJob DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineer to support a premier Army Special Operations aviation program.This individual will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing flight test activities for advanced military aircraft, avionics, sensors, survivability equipment, and weapon systems.This is a hands-on engineering role for someone with a strong aviation background who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring mission-critical systems are safe, effective, and ready for operational use.What You'll Be Doing:- Plan and execute flight tests for military aircraft and systems- Develop test plans, schedules, and analyze performance data- Support flight test missions and ensure compliance with Army standards- Collaborate with engineers, program teams, and aviation stakeholders- Identify issues, document findings, and recommend improvementsCompensation:$125,000- $135,000 annually.
