Construction Administrative CoordinatorLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations for a busy construction team in Santee, San Diego. The ideal candidate will have prior construction industry experience and strong administrative skills to help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you will provide administrative support to project managers and field teams by coordinating documentation, tracking project timelines, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include managing project files, preparing contracts and proposals, processing purchase orders and invoices, scheduling meetings, and assisting with permit and compliance documentation. You will also communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project updates, materials, and paperwork are handled efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to construction project managers and field teams to ensure projects run efficiently from start to completion Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and compliance paperwork Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams regarding schedules, materials, and project updates Assist with preparing proposals, bids, project reports, and construction-related documentation Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to support project progress and completion Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense documentation while ensuring accurate recordkeeping Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for all project-related documents Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with communication between office staff and field personnel Support permit applications and ensure documentation meets local and regulatory requirements Monitor incoming emails, phone calls, and project correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members Assist with data entry, reporting, and project tracking using Microsoft Excel and other office systems Qualifications: Prior construction industry administrative experience required Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Bluebeam Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Position Details: Onsite work schedule Contract to hire role Compensation: $25.00 -$30.00 per hour DOE Located in Santee, San Diego Full-time, Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please apply now we are conducting interviews immediately!
