Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Architect (Non-Payroll)Employment Type: Full-Time Travel: 25–50%OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise HCM solutions across the full suite, excluding Payroll. This role will drive architecture, best practices, and end-to-end implementation strategy while partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the overall architecture and design of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions across modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, and RecruitingLead end-to-end implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practicesProvide strategic guidance on configuration, integrations, data migration, and reportingPartner with functional and technical teams to drive cohesive, scalable solutions across the HCM ecosystemFacilitate design workshops, stakeholder discussions, and executive-level presentationsIdentify risks and dependencies, and proactively drive resolution throughout the project lifecycleMentor team members and provide architectural oversight across workstreamsQualifications10+ years of HCM experience, including significant Oracle Cloud HCM implementation expertiseProven experience architecting and leading multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations (excluding Payroll)Deep functional knowledge across Core HR and adjacent HCM modulesStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and consulting skillsExperience with integrations, reporting (OTBI/BI), and data strategyBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceTravel RequirementsWillingness to travel 25–50% for key project milestones and stakeholder engagement
