Company Description In-Home Nanny Needed for Two Young Children (Spring, TX)We are a warm, family-oriented household in Spring, TX (77386) seeking a reliable, nurturing, and experienced in-home nanny to care for our two children: a 2-year-old toddler and a 7-month-old infant. We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys early childhood, values routine and play, and can grow with our family.Schedule* Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM* Start date and long-term availability to be discussedAbout Our Children* Toddler (female, 2 years old) * One nap per day * Breakfast, lunch, and 2–3 snacks daily * Enjoys learning, arts and crafts, and outdoor time* Infant (male, 7 months old) * Two naps per day * Formula-fed with two solid meals * Needs attentive, responsive care and consistencyOur parenting approach is Montessori-inspired, play-based, structured, and faith-centered, and we’re looking for a nanny who appreciates a balance of warmth, patience, and routine.Responsibilities* Provide attentive, loving care for both children* Follow established nap, feeding, and daily routines* Prepare and serve children’s meals and snacks* Bottle prep and cleaning* Light tidying of children’s spaces and play areas* Engage children in age-appropriate learning and play activities (independent play, backyard play, reading, arts and crafts, etc.)* Occasional neighborhood walks (weather permitting)Work Environment* Mom works from home and may step in briefly during the day (lunch or a walk)* No pets in the home* Calm, respectful household that values open communication.Snacks and beverages available throughout the day.
