Job OverviewPay Range: $67hr - $70hrResponsibilitiesProvide on-site clinical services, including triage and treatment of minor work-related and non-work-related conditions.Dispense over-the-counter and prescription medications in accordance with established standing orders.Perform specimen collection, including urine drug screening and breath alcohol testing.Conduct assessments for common conditions such as strep, UTI, influenza, hyperglycemia, and hypoglycemia.Deliver case management support to reduce absenteeism and improve employee health outcomes.Coordinate second opinions for workers compensation or disability cases as needed.Plan and administer seasonal influenza vaccination programs and wellness initiatives.Provide patient education on illnesses, medications, and preventive care.Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to support early diagnosis and management of health conditions.Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of employee health concerns.Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant on-site clinic environment.Administrative ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update clinical procedures, protocols, and standing orders.Manage clinical supplies and ensure compliance with laboratory and regulatory standards.Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.Partner with internal teams to coordinate wellness programs and manage workers compensation cases.Provide general medical guidance to HR and Safety/Risk Management teams.Support crisis management and intervention when required.Develop relationships with external healthcare providers for continuity of care.Minimum QualificationsCompletion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.Active state licensure and national board certification.Minimum of 2 years of experience in adult medicine.Preferred QualificationsExperience in occupational medicine or workers compensation.Familiarity with DOT physical examinations.Skills And AbilitiesStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.Ability to evaluate patient conditions and implement appropriate care plans.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Knowledge of outpatient care procedures, medical protocols, and testing standards.Certifications (Preferred)DOT Medical Examiner Certification.Certified Urine Drug Screen Collector.Certified Breath Alcohol Technician.
