Berkeley College is a growing multi-campus institution with locations in New York and New Jersey, seeks a part-time Accuplacer test proctor at our New York City campus.Test Proctors administers exams on behalf of the college in electronic form. Must adhere to Accuplacer and administrative guidelines for security, fair and standardized testing practices, professionalism, and client satisfaction.Job Requirements:Be able to administer college admission testingMust have the ability to write detailed reports and correspondence, be computer knowledgeable, and be comfortable working on computersAble to handle multiple tasks at one timeAbility to be self sufficient in interpreting documents such as safety rulesSalary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourEducational Requirements* High School diploma required, some college preferredTraining and/or Experience* Minimum one year customer service experience, such as education, retail, and/or administrative support, required; two years preferredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesExperience being directly accountable for managing assignments, projects, teams, etc.Strong verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to be punctual, and at least 18 years oldIndividual must not be a coach or instructor for any test preparation courseMust be flexibleBerkeley College is committed to excellence in diversity and equity and the continuation of an inclusive learning and working environment.
