Senior Analyst - FP&AWe are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Financial Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving the operational and financial performance of our real estate business. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with Market Leaders and cross-functional teams, delivering insightful analysis and strategic recommendations that support informed decision-making.
As a Financial Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning to identify trends, optimize processes, and enhance business growth. Your ability to navigate complex data, communicate actionable insights, and provide detailed reporting will directly contribute to the success of our operations.

Responsibilities:
Monitor KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, identifying trends and proactively working with operational leaders on opportunities to grow the business
Prepare accurate financial models, projections, and analysis to support the Market Leader(s) in managing their operations
Review, analyze and comprehend a variety of real estate documents
Assist with the Annual budget creation, forecasts and variance analysis including periodic reforecasts
Identify trends and recommend actions
Maintain existing models to ensure accuracy and up to date performance for the Market
Iterate on existing models to improve efficiency
Test assumptions and perform robust scenario analysis, benchmarking against competitors and external data
Support product line profitability reporting and analysis
Prepare presentations for use within the Market as well as Corporate reviews
Liaise with key stakeholders from various departments to provide insights and obtain information required for model updates
Ad-Hoc Reporting and other special projects as needed
Desired Competency, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Real Estate
5 to 7 years experience in a financial analyst role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
Critical thinking wiz with the ability to see the big picture while demonstrating strong detail orientation
Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while meeting strict deadlines. Comfortable doing whatever it takes to get the job done
Analytical and decision-making skills are on point and you have the ability to identify complex issues and communicate creative solutions
Comfortable with ambiguity; can operate effectively with little direction
Self starter, proactive in recognizing opportunities for model improvement and can act upon them
Ability to communicate technical ideas, in a clear and concise way across many levels of the organization
A Good team player with willingness to take on multiple duties as required
