In this role, you will:Oversee daily workflow and guide production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentDrive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency across the departmentCoach team members, enforce policies, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer deadlinesPlay a key role in process improvement, documentation, and team developmentResponsibilitiesPlan and assign work based on the production tracker and shipping scheduleMonitor workflow and adjust personnel assignments to meet changing prioritiesCoach, counsel, and discipline employees while enforcing company policies and proceduresReview and approve Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs) for accuracy and complianceRecommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product qualityTrack and report on cost reduction strategies and operational metricsCoordinate with other departments to meet customer order deadlinesMaintain and approve time and production records; supervise Paylocity time entriesInterpret company policies and enforce safety regulations across the teamSuggest changes to working conditions and equipment usage to increase efficiencySupport training and development of team members and lead substitutesEnsure proper documentation of maintenance and process improvementsReport equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance personnelOversee tool serialization and inventory trackingParticipate in fixture testing and approval processes with Quality and Engineering teamsMust HavesHigh school diploma or GED requiredAssociate degree or 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferredProven ability to supervise and guide 50–100 production employeesStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and adapt to changing prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and timekeeping systemsClear communication skills for cross-functional collaborationCommitment to safety, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvementWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation with shift-based incentivesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plansPaid time off and holidays to support work-life balance401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matchA collaborative, team-based culture focused on growth and developmentOpportunities for leadership training and advancementInclusive workplace with reasonable accommodations for qualified individualsUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
