Operations Analyst - RCSA Tester

Job Title: Operations Analyst - RCSA TesterJob Location: RemoteJob DescriptionResponsibilities: Participate in control testing walkthroughs and prepare meaningful documentation to support testing conclusions Evaluate and perform testing of the risk and control environment to identify significant gaps and weaknesses in partnership with stakeholders, including process owners and control officers Support and document the determination of control ratings and residual risk ratings of information risks Support iterative review and challenge of assessment results, working with appropriate stakeholders across the lines of defense Provide ongoing communication to Head of Operational Risk and Compliance throughout the assessment process to keep them apprised of progress and findings, escalating when appropriate Assist with coordination of required meetings, reviews, and scheduling needs RequirementsAt least 1 year of experience in risk and control management At least 1 year of experience in an audit, accounting, risk management role in operations or information technology/information security, and/or operational risk management, or a combination thereof Experience with process documentation, risk assessments, and evaluation of control operating effectiveness Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Will use virtual desktop on incumbent's own computer Should have at least 1 year audit experience Should have Windows 10 or higher
