This position offers a unique opportunity to not only work with a growing firm, but also a collaborative sales team.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for territory revenue growth in the private wealth channel through new business development and management of existing relationshipsMaintain deep understanding of Palmer Square investment productsDevelop territory business plan with executable goals and targetsPerforms other related duties and special projects as necessary or assignedREQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:Works well independently and with minimal guidanceStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to establish business plan with fundraising goals and targetsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAdaptable to changing needs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentHigh attention to detail and the ability to effectively problem solveEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in finance-related field is preferredFINRA Series 7 and 63Minimum of 5 yrs experience in business development in the RIA, IBD and Wirehouse channelsSuccessful track record of building new relationships and fundraising in specified marketsStrong understanding of financial products: ETFs, mutual funds, private funds, BDCsExperience dealing with credit/fixed income and/or alternative products assets is a plusPlease send resumes to careers@palmersquarecap.com.
