About the CompanyLeonard Workforce Solutions is running a confidential search for an Advanced Database Engineer supporting a defense and intelligence R&D client focused on digital signal processing (DSP), geolocation, and communications systems for the United States Defense and Intelligence Communities. This is a senior individual contributor seat on a multidisciplinary team, with real autonomy, real ownership, and the expectation that you propose and drive improvements to the applications and frameworks you work in.About the RoleCore responsibilities include designing database architecture solutions, developing and implementing databases, analyzing and maintaining operational databases, and adding new features to operational systems. You will test with real mission data, provide support to front-line customer facilities, and stay ahead on the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies.
