We are looking for a talented, motivated, and responsible Project Architect(s) with 5-10 years of experience for our office in Boston, MA.QualificationsProfessional degree and 5-10 years of qualified experienceExperience in managing and coordinating small- to large-scale building projectsAbility to prepare and develop drawing sets at all phasesExcellent design and graphic skills, with the ability to participate in the conceptualization and design of complex projects from pre-design through construction documents phasesAdvanced digital modeling and BIM skillsStrong organizational skills, ability to manage schedules, workplans and deadlines, and ability to be flexibleExcellent communication, collaboration, and management skills with clients, consultants, H+Y leadership, and the design teamProficiency with Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite and AutoCAD preferredStrong work ethics, being proactive, and self-motivation is essentialResponsibilitiesPrepare conceptual design sketches, develop project narrative, and prepare materials for presentationMeet functional, spatial & aesthetic needs of clients concerning construction procedures, code, material requirementsLead project documentation of all phasesPrepare project timeline and manage schedule, staffing, and the consultant teamsOrganize and lead meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendorsBenefitsPaid vacation, holidays, and parental leaveCompensation package with 401k, health, and dental benefits View your Application History
