Oracle HCM Project Manager (San Bernardino)
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and transformation initiatives for Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. This role will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & DeliveryLead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting)Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationDrive all phases: discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live supportEnsure delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with business goalsStakeholder & Program ManagementAct as the primary liaison between business, HR, IT, and external vendorsLead governance meetings, status reporting, and executive communicationsAlign project deliverables with organizational transformation strategiesSolution & Functional OversightFacilitate requirements gathering and solution design workshopsOversee configuration, integrations, and data migration activitiesEnsure alignment with Oracle Cloud HCM best practicesTesting, Deployment & Change ManagementManage testing phases (SIT, UAT, regression testing)Lead cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare supportDrive change management, training, and user adoption initiativesRisk & Quality ManagementIdentify, track, and mitigate project risks and issuesMaintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and reportingEnsure compliance with HR policies and data privacy standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field8–12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Oracle HCM project managementProven experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementationsStrong knowledge of HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent ManagementExperience managing cross-functional teams and system integratorsStrong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
