Senior BI Business Analyst (Healthcare and Local Required)

Requirements:W2 only, can not work C2CLOCAL requiredHealthcare RequiredBusiness Analyst with Data and SQLBusiness Intelliegence projects.Microstrategy would be a plusResponsibilities:Gathers, analyzes and documents user requirements and translates them into user storiesPlans and conducts stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and / or understand current business processesDevelops and maintains product backlogs and coordinates with others on dependent storiesImplements requirements traceability from user stories to product featuresActively participates in discovery workshops to aid in requirements discussionClarifies requirements questions and dependencies across systems during sprint planning and testing.Leads or provides support to others during the user refinement ceremony.Participates in discussions during Agile ceremonies for iteration planningClarifies requirements during testingFields questions from stakeholders/end users during user acceptance testing and performs triage; identifies potential options to aid in the resolution processLeads the user story refinement ceremony by driving the discussion and providing clarificationPromotes and recommends solutions for continuous improvements to Agile processesConducts gap analysis to identify solutions that meet business requirementsCollaborates with the development team to ensure designs meet customer requirements and standardsWrites SQL queries to review application dataReviews application data to identify and triage discrepanciesPartners with business owners and technical architects to set a strategic product direction and scope out project effortsIdentifies and suggests opportunities to improve the user experience for one or two primary productsMentors others on best practices and drives accountabilityMeets training requirements and, follows established procedures, and proposes new proceduresEnsures the use of metrics to measure progress of group or departmental issuesProvides reasonable estimates for work productsUtilizes and evaluates metrics to identify and implement improvements to standards and proceduresQualifications:5+ years of experience in Agile business analysis required.Excellent business requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.Knowledge of Data Analytics/Data Warehousing/Big Data concepts.Ability to understand complex business areas and applications.Knowledge of test methodologies.Working knowledge of ADO for requirement documentation preferred.Excellent listening, communication, and collaboration skills.Proactive organization skills.Knowledge of pharmacy and/or 340B products a plus.Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
