Arizona Personal Injury Lawyer

We’re a Los Angeles-based personal injury law firm looking to bring on a licensed Arizona attorney to join our team remotely.We’re growing and need someone who can jump in, take ownership of cases, and work alongside our team to get solid results for clients. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable handling cases, communicating with clients, and staying organized without needing a lot of hand-holding.What you’ll be doing:Managing a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or litigationReviewing new cases and helping determine strategy early onDrafting and filing pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand packagesHandling negotiations with insurance adjusters to maximize settlementsStaying on top of deadlines, case updates, and follow-upsCommunicating directly with clients so they feel informed and taken care ofWorking closely with our support staff and California-based team to keep cases movingWhat we’re looking for:Active Arizona bar license (required)At least 1–3 years of experience in personal injury (more is great, but not required)Experience handling cases independently or with minimal supervisionComfortable negotiating settlements and dealing with insurance companiesLitigation experience is a plus, but not requiredSpanish-speaking is a plus, but not requiredStrong writing skills (motions, demands, general legal docs)Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple cases at onceSomeone who’s easy to work with and communicates well with both clients and team membersWhat we offer:Fully remote positionFlexible schedule optionsCompetitive pay (based on experience)Consistent case flowA supportive, no-drama team environmentOpportunity to grow with a firm that’s expandingIf you’re looking for a solid remote role where you can do good work without micromanagement, this could be a great fit.
