Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol. Armed Security Officers will carry/maintain firearm in a professional, yet non-threatening manner. Armed security officers must have their own firearm (9mm), duty belt and Level 3 holster. Responsibilities: Working Armed Site Supervisor on shift Interact with all guests (clients, residents and visitors) in a professional demeanor Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment) Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.) Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment) Other duties to be determined by management Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age Armed Ohio Security License Valid OH Driver's License and clean driving history (Required) High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of three years previous security experience required Flexible/ on- call schedule availability Professional demeanor and appearance Excellent computer skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Attentive to detail Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug) #BED
