This individual will oversee social planning, scheduling, publishing, and engagement efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts simultaneously across various organizational channelsSchedule, publish, and coordinate content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and BlueSkySupport execution of social campaigns, branded content, and departmental initiativesMonitor engagement and assist with community management effortsCoordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align messaging and prioritiesTrack and report on social performance metrics and analytics as neededMaintain organized social calendars and publishing schedulesEnsure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all social contentMinimum Requirements:2-3 years of hands-on social media management experienceExperience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneouslyExperience across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and BlueSkyStrong social scheduling and publishing experienceExperience supporting branded, departmental, or multi-channel social accountsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-sufficient and able to work independently with minimal oversightStrong attention to detail and adaptabilityPreferred Qualifications:Prior nonprofit, association, advocacy, or mission-driven organization experienceExperience supporting healthcare, scientific, research, publishing, or higher education organizationsExposure to social media analytics and engagement reportingExperience working with stakeholder-heavy organizationsFamiliarity with social strategy development and audience engagement best practices
