React/Node Developer

Platform DeveloperA Platform Developer will focus on producing reusable code in the form of building blocks. They will work with teams to curate existing patterns or develop new capabilities to solve problems, convert solutions into reusable modules, publish results on GitHub, review pull requests to accept changes, and solve issues created by building block consumers. They may work with teams using GitLab source control and pipelines to migrate to new tools.ResponsibilitiesPartner with product engineering teams to understand pain points in software delivery and build cross-functional tools and platform services to solve those common problemsProduce effective architectural standards, development frameworks, and reference implementations for agile development teamsStay on top of the latest developments in cloud technologyIdentify best practices and drive cross-functional adoptionMinimum Position QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Management or equivalent practical experience2+ years software engineering experienceExperience with SQL databases and best practicesExperience with Web UI developmentStrong analytical problem-solving skillsExperience with modern micro-service architecturesDetail oriented and work well in a team and individuallyProven ability to achieve intended outcomes through influence and collaborationUnderstanding of the entire development process (design, development and deployment)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize work and complete tasks with quick turnaround timesExcellent organizational, time, and project management skillsBusiness-minded approach to time, costs, and deadlinesDesired Previous Job ExperienceExperience with continuous integration tools such as GitHub, Github Actions, PowerBIGo (golang) or Node.
