Support key benefits projects such as open enrollment, audits, ongoing operational reviews, and compliance. Identify recurring issues and help improve how benefits are administered at scale. We're Seeking 2–3 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related role. Experience supporting U.S. health and welfare benefits and/or retirement plans (e.g., 401(k)). Hands‐on experience with Workday, including transactions, configuration, and audits. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and reconciliations. Clear written communication skills and a service‐oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced, evolving environment.
