A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Structural Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee execution of structural department activities, including scheduling and resource management
Act as a technical liaison for customer support and business development initiatives
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Engineering
15 years of experience in heavy industrial engineering projects, preferably in a consulting environment
Professional Engineer license
Experience managing engineering and design teams
Familiarity with design software such as RISA, STAAD, and Revit
