We are seeking a resultsdriven SNF Marketer to support two affiliated skilled nursing facilities in East Central Ohio. This role focuses on census growth, referral development, and admissions conversion through strong relationship building. serves as the primary referral and marketing partner for two SNFs. This role is responsible for building census, managing referrals, and strengthening hospital and community partnerships. Ideal candidates have postacute or SNF marketing experience and a proven ability to convert referrals into admissions.Build and maintain referral relationships with:Hospital case managers and discharge plannersSocial workers and care coordinatorsPhysicians and physician groupsHome health, hospice, and community partnersGenerate, track, and follow up on referrals to drive consistent census growthEducate referral sources on services, payer acceptance, and admissions criteriaConduct regular inperson sales and market visitsPartner closely with Admissions, Administrators, DONs, and Corporate LeadershipMonitor census, payer mix, and referral trendsMaintain accurate referral and census reportingStrong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and commercial payersExcellent communication and relationshipbuilding skillsOrganized, selfmotivated, and resultsdrivenAbility to manage responsibilities across multiple facilitiesValid driver's license with local travel in East Central Ohio .
