They provide well newborn care as part of rooming in service.We have our state required mandated ratio is which 1:6 for couplets (babies count so its a 1:3 couplets) IMC is a 1:3 Ratio per the state ratiosRequirements:- 1-2 years minimum specialty experience in post-partum, antepartum, or LDRP unit.Preferred Requirements:- Maternal Newborn Certification- Inpatient Onstetric Certification
