You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate user needs and provide innovative technology solutions. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and uphold coding standards. Additionally, you will stay current on emerging technologies to recommend cost-effective infrastructure improvements. This is a hybrid role reporting to the Bridgeton office a minimum of two days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday), with the potential for team mentoring and project management responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement application features and system enhancements based on business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and deliver scalable technical solutions.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve infrastructure flexibility and cost efficiency.Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system performance and reliability.Maintain in-depth knowledge of company IT architecture, infrastructure, and technology portfolio.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on multiple projects.Support Agile methodologies and participate in full software development lifecycle activities.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience working as a developer with a proven track record of internet-based systems development.3+ years of hands-on experience with application development tools, including Visual Studio.Strong technical expertise in C#, ASP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular (preferably Angular 1.x and Angular 7).Advanced knowledge of relational database technology, specifically Microsoft SQL Server.Experience using source control tools such as TFS or DevOps with GIT integrated.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.Experience with agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.Knowledge of data privacy practices and applicable laws.Desired Skills & ExperienceExperience with cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies.Familiarity with web application security best practices.Leadership exposure or prior team mentoring experience.Industry experience in manufacturing, logistics, or related fields.Pay: $47.60 to $68.00 per hourKeywords: application developer, Angular, SQL Server, C#, ASP.NET, web development, software engineer, Agile, TFS, DevOpsWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
