Role Overview: The position involves participating in an intensive, short-term training program designed to equip young adults with technical and professional skills, including access to internships and job placement services. Participants will receive personalized coaching, mentorship, and an educational stipend during their internship phase.ResponsibilitiesComplete in-classroom training in areas such as Network Security & Support, Data Analysis, IT Support, Project Management, and Banking.Engage in internships at leading organizations, gaining real-world experience.Develop professional business, communication, interviewing, networking, and resume-building skills.Receive ongoing support and guidance to facilitate career launch.Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or GED; no Bachelor's degree obtained.Eligible to work in the U.S.Motivated to learn technical and professional skills.Availability to participate full-time Monday through Friday.May need to answer screening questions during application.Key Benefits: Participants gain essential skills, internship experience, mentorship, and an educational stipend of $525 per week.
