1. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
To ensure the quality and on-time delivery of UL-certified electrical panels as specified by work orders, blueprints, diagrams, and layout drawings per departmental procedure. Further, assist the Control System Engineers/ Project Engineers/ Plant Manager in support of the overall Company and Manufacturing department’s goals.
2. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Experience Background:
High School Diploma or GED and/ or a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Electrical Panel Builder, Assembler or technical background preferred but not required. 2 to 3 years of experience in panel building and/or wiring is preferred.
Skills and Knowledge: Must communicate (verbal and nonverbal) well in English.
Must work well within team framework;
Detail-oriented and quality-focused;
Communicate effectively establishes positive working relationships;
Must be dependable and on-time;
Structure tasks and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines and accomplish departmental goals;
Experienced working in the UL Certified environment (highly preferred);
Ability to read, understand and work from layouts, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work orders (preferred);
Basic knowledge of the use of power/hand tools;
Ability to inspect for conformance to specifications;
Able to routinely lift/maneuver up to 50lbs;
Able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb, twist, reach, lift, push, pull and stand for prolonged periods.
3. TRAINING REQUIRED
Training will be provided through Management/Management Rep. during the 90-day probationary period and will be provided periodically throughout the year.

ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS): Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, and Forms as required;
Job Specific: Departmental policies and procedures.
Basic Electrical Skills and Knowledge;
Basic Electrical Schematics and job-specific schematics or drawing layout;
Basic Troubleshooting;
Other applicable processes, systems, and duties as necessary.
