Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher. Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Planning and organizational skills Ability to succeed in a team environment Ability to handle multiple tasks Preferred experience: Skills in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines Capacity to think critically and find solutions where necessary Proactive approach to responsibilities and willingness to contribute What you'll focus on: Shadow supervisors to learn daily production operations and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. Assist with inventory management tasks using Oracle, including parts tracking and cycle counts. Support process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and helping implement solutions. Contribute to training and documentation through Dozuki, helping maintain and improve standard work instructions.
