Structural Engineer

Experience: Mid Level Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year Experience & Qualifications 10+ years of structural engineering experience in the construction industry Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., RISA, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar) Strong knowledge of IBC, ACI, AISC, and other relevant building codes and standards Responsibilities Lead structural design and analysis for commercial, residential, and industrial projects Review, stamp, and take responsibility for structural drawings and calculations Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and contractors throughout all project phases Conduct site visits to assess structural conditions and ensure compliance with design intent Identify and resolve structural challenges proactively to keep projects on schedule and within budget A bit about us We are a well-established construction company based in the Greater Milwaukee Area, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
