Senior FP&A Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst - FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis). Key Responsibilities Partner with GTM leaders to provide financial support, performance analysis, and strategic insights Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives Prepare management reports, conduct variance analysis, and present actionable recommendations to leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CA/CFA preferred 5-7 years of relevant FP&A experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology product company Proven business partnering experience with GTM functions and leaders Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis Hands-on experience with FP&A tools and advanced Excel proficiency
