Job Description The Electrical Engineer position at Laminar Flow requires a self-sufficient engineer with a minimum of 5yrs experience in medium (600Vac and less) and low voltage (48vdc and less) power and controls. A successful candidate will also be required to have experience in all facets of creating a complete electrical package from concept through final FAT. Education: BS in Electrical Engineering, MS a plusExperience: Minimum 5yrs in controls/automation, motor controls, and industrial panel designCertifications: None required, PE and/or UL508A QMTR a plus Candidate will require design experience in:· 3 phase/1 phase electrical wiring and control· 24Vdc controls· Analog and Digital Instrumentation· Electrical Schematics· Industrial controls panels per UL508A· PLC Programming, documentation, and debug· HMI Programming, documentation, and debug General Experience required:· Knowledge of, and has followed design requirements per, the NEC and UL508A· Be able to prioritize schedules, supervise and direct a team of technicians· Proficiency in AutoCad/AutoCad LT· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Additional Experience a plus:o BAS/BMS communication protocols (Allen-Bradley, BACNet, Modbus, etc)o EC Motors and controlo Air Filtration and HVACo Wired and wireless network connectivityo KeyCreator 3D modeling softwareo Laser etchingo 3D Printingo New equipment manufacturing and assembly Work Environmento 40hr standard work week, part time is available.o Shop support required in manufacturing areas with some noise and dusto Up to 10% travelo Be able to lift 50 lbsCompany DescriptionManufacturer of Clean Air Systems, Laminar Flow Systems, Downflow Booths, Containment and Clean Room Equipment for the Life Sciences SectorCompany DescriptionManufacturer of Clean Air Systems, Laminar Flow Systems, Downflow Booths, Containment and Clean Room Equipment for the Life Sciences Sector
