Security Manager (85374)

Security Manager shall oversee multiple client sites for the management of the Security staff. Security Managers may be required to travel to multiple Services Sites as part of their duties. Primary Responsibilities Providing direction and instruction to security staff by making daily rounds of assigned Location(s) and maintaining staff performance. Explaining post procedures under Post Orders. Providing Training to Supervising Guards under his/her supervision and ensuring that each Supervising Guard fully understands the duties and services to be provided. Providing technical and administrative advice to Supervising Guards as appropriate. Ensuring adequately assigned Posts are covered by applicable security guards. Providing direction and instructions to applicable security guards. Monitoring applicable security guard's performance. Providing technical and administrative support to applicable security guards.
