TITLE: Elementary Programs ManagerDEPARTMENT: Programs REPORTS TO: Vice President of EducationPOSITION SUMMARYThe Elementary Programs Manager is responsible for the successful implementation and day-to-day management of Junior Achievement’s K–5 programs across Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast. This role oversees the full lifecycle of program delivery, including school partnerships, volunteer coordination, program logistics, and data tracking.This position serves as a primary point of contact for assigned Junior Achievement programs, ensuring a high-quality, consistent experience that aligns with Junior Achievement’s mission to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. The Elementary Programs Manager plays a key role in expanding program reach, strengthening community relationships, and increasing awareness of JA’s impact.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESProgram Implementation & ManagementOversee end-to-end implementation of JA elementary programs (K–5), including scheduling, coordination, delivery support, and follow-upEnsure programs are delivered with fidelity to JA curriculum and standardsMaintain accurate and timely program records, including student reach, volunteer engagement, and program completion dataMonitor progress toward program goals and key performance indicatorsSchool & Community PartnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with teachers, school administrators, and district partnersServe as the primary liaison for schools, ensuring clear communication and a high level of supportSupport expansion into new schools and help deepen engagement in existing partnershipsDeliver targeted program support and professional development to educators Volunteer Recruitment & ManagementRecruit, train, and support volunteers to deliver JA programsMatch volunteers to JA programs and ensure they are prepared for successful program deliveryMaintain ongoing communication and provide recognition to support volunteer retention and engagementProgram Logistics & OperationsCoordinate program schedules with schools and volunteers to ensure smooth executionManage program materials, including inventory, distribution, and collection of program kitsEnsure all program logistics are handled efficiently and professionallyCommunity Engagement & AwarenessRepresent Junior Achievement at community meetings, school events, and networking functions (in-person and virtual)Deliver presentations to schools and community partners to support program growth and awarenessAssist with Junior Achievement special events as neededOrganizational SupportSupport the Vice President of Education with departmental initiatives and strategic prioritiesEnsure all programs operate consistently within JA’s mission, values, and standards of excellenceQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree required (Education or related field highly preferred)Experience in classroom instruction, education program delivery, or working with youth (in-person and/or virtual)Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident public speakerAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders (students, educators, volunteers, and community partners)Experience coordinating or working with volunteers strongly preferredProficiency in Google Workspace (Google Classroom experience a plus)Strong attention to detail with experience in data tracking and reportingADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONSAbility to travel locally throughout Palm Beach and Treasure Coast countiesReliable transportation requiredFlexibility to support early morning, evening, or event-based responsibilities as neededAbility to lift and transport program materials as neededSUCCESS IN THIS ROLESuccess in this role will be measured by:Effective and timely implementation of assigned elementary programsGrowth in student reach and classroom participationStrong school and volunteer satisfaction and retentionAccurate and consistent program data and reportingContribution to expanding Junior Achievement’s impact in the community
