This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, administrative tasks, member relations, and maintaining a clean and organized facility. The Administrative Coordinator will also be cross-trained to complete various tasks related to patient management and clinic check-ins. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.Primary ResponsibilitiesAdministrative DutiesManage incoming phone calls and voicemails; return member calls promptlyCreate flyers and in-house marketing materials for onsite activitiesConfirm member eligibility and prepare reports for fitness benefit programsSubmit service advocate requests on behalf of Optum membersCleaning and OrganizationMaintain inventory and restock supplies as neededPerform daily closing proceduresKeep the front desk area clean and organizedOrganize common areas such as the living roomFront Office ManagementManage member registration documentsOrganize and display marketing materialsUphold privacy standards for member informationKiosk OperationsManage G360 system for member and event trackingEnsure proper event check-in proceduresAssist with member check-in and schedulingConduct new member onboarding and facility toursVerify member profiles for accuracy and confirm eligibilityMember RelationsGreet and welcome members warmly upon arrivalEngage with members to foster a positive experienceAddress and resolve member inquiries promptly and professionallyThe Administrative Coordinator may also perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the site and to support initiatives that help members live longer, healthier lives.You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required QualificationsCPR/AED or ability to obtain within 30 days of hireProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteProven excellent interpersonal communicationPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.98 to $32.12 per hour based on full-time employment.
