Customer services are the main focus of this position.As a Shift Supervisor: Oversees the daily operations of Q-Mart in relation to the cashiers, register functions, and task requirements. Responsible for ensuring all required paperwork and tasks are completed as per policy.QualificationsRequired: • Must be 21 years of age • High School Diploma/GED • One (1) year cash handling experience with POS scanning systems. • Read, write and speak English fluently. • Must be able to work and be flexible with all shifts, weekends, and holidays. • Possess good internal, verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated team player.Preferred: • Native American preference.LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: • Must maintain a valid Washington State Driver's License and must be insurable through our company.
