English: BriteWorks Inc. is searching for applicants to fill a Janitorial Worker Position in Oceanside. The positions are 8 hours shifts Monday-Friday with an hourly rate of $17.50. Shift hours available are between 5:00am to 1:30 pm. This job consists of wiping, sweeping, dusting, trash removal, and cleaning offices/warehouse areas. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the cleanliness at the assigned location/locations, as scheduled. Depending on position you may be required to use an electric pallet jack Willing to substitute for other positions when there are absences Dusting off desktops, file cabinets and fixtures. Cleaning entry doors, doors, windowsills, and windows. Cleaning of medium level walls and stalls. Cleaning and wiping down of doorknobs, and switch plates. Cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms. Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of floors and stairs. Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, refrigerators and break rooms. Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas. Maintain janitor closet in a clean, organized, safe manner. Responsible for proper labeling of all chemicals and trigger bottles. Must wear proper personnel protective equipment at all times. Removing office trash and replacing trash liners. Turn off lights, lock doors, and activate/deactivate alarms when necessary. Other routine maintenance duties as assigned or requested.
