Overview
In this SkillBridge role, you support Control Risks’ clients worldwide by delivering security guidance, monitoring, and crisis response. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess risks, provide bespoke security assessments, and coordinate rapid responses in high-pressure situations. You’ll gather and share threat intelligence to forecast operational impacts and help safeguard client operations. ResponsibilitiesProvide expert client liaison and guidance for Control Risks ONE clients in high-stress environmentsDeliver tailored verbal and written security assessments and recommendations, enabling proactive crisis managementCollect, evaluate, and disseminate open-source and proprietary threat information and prepare risk assessmentsMonitor global events and forecast operational impacts using bespoke escalation protocols and risk registersSupport crisis management teams and evacuation operations, identifying suitable security providersServe as primary point of contact for assigned client accountsPerform additional duties to contribute to team and client success
Key requirementsBachelor’s degree in international relations, politics, security studies, criminal justice or a related field (or equivalent military work experience)Minimum 3 years’ experience in GSOCs, military, NGO, or corporate security operations (prefer 5 years)Crisis management ability in high-stress environmentsBroad knowledge of global geopolitical affairs and impact assessment across sectorsStrong analytical skills and data interpretationOutstanding customer service and client satisfaction focusCollaborative team player with ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsExceptional English verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Spanish or another foreign languageAdaptability to changing requirements and ability to manage multiple prioritiesSecurity risk assessments, physical security, or security operations experienceDiscretion in applying company policies to decisions and actionsCrisis management under pressureCustomer-focused communicationCollaborative mindsetOpen-source intelligence (OSINT) gathering and analysisThreat intelligence reporting and risk assessmentsSecurity operations and planning
