Technical Trainer/ Level 2 IT Support
SUMMARY: Goulston & Storrs is an Am Law 200 Boston-based law firm seeking a Technical Trainer / Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join our cutting edge and collaborative technology team in our Washington DC office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Primary ResponsibilitiesConduct all IT training efforts across the firm including collaborating with outside/3rd party training efforts as required.Publish IT training offerings throughout the year for attorneys and administrative staff.Maintain the IT training environment including training spaces, eLearning content, resources and documentation.Work on special department or firm projects as needed.Identify learning objectives by collaborating with firm stakeholders and conducting needs assessment to design and develop training to align with the firm’s technical strategy.Handle all logistics of training programs including materials, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records and reports.Secondary Responsibilities: On-site support in the Washington DC office, including tickets escalated from the firm’s outsourced tier 1 help desk provider.Maintenance and responsibility for the office’s conference room audio visual technology and occasional high-profile meeting setups.
