Job description:An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Licensed Land Surveyor to join a growing and fast-paced professional engineering environment in Warrington, Pennsylvania. This position is ideal for a motivated survey professional who enjoys managing projects, leading teams, and working across a diverse portfolio of land development, utility, roadway, and construction projects.The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the Survey Department and will be involved in all aspects of survey project planning, production, quality control, and client coordination. Projects include boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, utility as-builts, roadway projects, and construction stakeout services.This role offers the opportunity to work closely with field crews, technicians, and clients while contributing to technically challenging and rewarding survey projects.Qualifications:5+ years of survey project management experienceExperience working with Autodesk Civil 3D requiredPennsylvania PLS license requiredNew Jersey PLS license preferredStrong knowledge of ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveysExperience with construction stakeout and utility projectsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesSelf-motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilitiesWhy is This a Great Opportunity:This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and growth-focused engineering environment offering exposure to diverse and technically engaging projects.
