Java Full Stack Lead Developer
Overview:
In this role you will lead hands-on development of scalable enterprise applications, with a focus on modern Java and cloud-native microservices. You will actively contribute to design, coding, and delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet quality and performance goals. You will build RESTful services with Spring Boot, develop front-end components with Angular, and ensure robust, secure, and scalable solutions. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications and microservices
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot
- Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker in cloud-native environments
- Implement event-driven solutions leveraging Kafka and MQCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and Agile development processes
Key requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on Java development (Java 21+ preferred)
- Strong expertise with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Experience with Angular (v19+) and RxJSHands-on experience with Docker and cloud-native application development
- Strong knowledge of Kafka and message queue technologies
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Advanced SQL skills including query optimization, joins, stored procedures, and database design
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf
- Proficiency with Git, Agile methodologies, and software development best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skillscollaboration with cross-functional teamsanalytical thinkingproblem-solving
