Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you’ll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.What You'll DoManage the full order process from intake through delivery and invoicingGather complete order requirements, schedule orders, and monitor job progressRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiriesVerify pricing, manage change orders, and update order components as neededFollow up on submittals to ensure timely approval and processingCollaborate across departments to ensure accurate, on-time product deliveryCoordinate field support visits and ensure resolution of issuesMaintain accurate records in ERP and internal systemsAttend team meetings and assist with departmental support as neededWhat You'll Need Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Titan or similar preferred) Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans and production drawings Working knowledge of CP&P products and their applications preferred Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independentlyYour EducationHigh school diploma or GED required; additional education, training, or equivalent experience preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, project management, or construction site developmentWe are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
