Registered Nurse (RN)

Collects patient's vital signs and chief complaint Performs in-house labs ordered by the provider, relaying results when completed Administers vaccinations and injections as ordered by the provider Scores developmental questionnaires/screenings or other forms related to the patient's visit Administers medications as ordered by provider Updates patient's medication list Performs controls on all testing kits and lab equipment Tracks, flags and follows up on lab and imaging results Documents patient information and test results in EMR Performs skilled procedures such as catheterization and dressing changes as directed by the provider All other duties as assigned and for which the employee is qualified This position is part-time and can vary from 22.5 hours per week up to 26 hours per week (3 full days per week 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with Saturday rotation 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.).
