IT Project Manager

Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking an IT Project Manager for a position located in Cincinnati, OHResponsibilitiesSupport the development and rollout of PMO processes and governanceManage multiple concurrent projects across IT and business functionsBuild and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboardsIdentify and manage dependencies, risks, and critical pathsServe as a go-to resource for project methodology and best practicesTrack and report on project status, progress, and metricsPartner directly with leadership to drive execution and prioritiesUtilize tools such as Smartsheet (or similar platforms) for tracking and reportingQualifications:2+ years of project management experienceExperience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.)Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate with limited structure and adapt quicklyPreferred Qualifications:Exposure to both IT and operational/business projectsFamiliarity with PMO frameworks or PMBOK concepts (PMP not required)Work Environment & Culture:Opportunity to help build and shape PMO processes from the ground upLeadership values initiative, accountability, and continuous improvementEncore Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
