This key role will provide exposure to all product lines at Realtor.com. If you are an energetic self-starter who enjoys a collaborative environment then this may be your new home!Top Reasons to ApplyHigh-Impact Exposure & Career Growth: You’ll gain direct exposure to all product lines and work closely with the core AR management team.Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will act as a key stakeholder across departments, building strong internal relationships while managing vital workflows between the Cash, AR, and AP teams.Data Analysis & Project Ownership: Move beyond routine tasks by using Salesforce and spreadsheets to analyze trends, identify training opportunities, and help implement special projects.What You'll doManage Salesforce cases created by the Cash team members to identify closes related to unidentified payments and closing documents received by researching internal and external systems in order to create a billable transaction and apply paymentKey stakeholder of unidentified payments and ensuring application or refund in a timely manner.Approving refund cases in a timely manner and working with Accounts Payable to ensure these are processed smoothlyAssist the AR Analyst in reviewing all quotes needing finance approval and credit request/refund related cases pending finance approval in SalesforceCompleting reporting requests including Spillover project and Batch 5 processingAssist with implementation of special projects along with tracking progressUse spreadsheets and internal systems to gather data for analysis of finance cases and quotes pending approvalRun and analyze reports to identify trends where training opportunities may be present for case and quote submittersWhat You'll BringDemonstrates knowledge of financial processes, policies, systems, and work streams1-2 Years experience in Accounts Receivable with increasing levels of responsibility in a fast paced environmentBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or equivalent experienceStrong communication skills, experience working in a cross-functional environment is requiredAbility to interact and build relationships with different departments in order to complete core responsibilitiesMust be a self-motivated individual who is willing and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervisionAble to navigate and understand the ins and outs of SalesforceKnowledge of Google Sheets & Excel preferredHow We WorkWe balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration.
