3 Axis Laser Programmer/Operator 1st shift

1st Shift 3-Axis Laser Operator/Programmer We are seeking an experienced 3-Axis Laser Operator/Programmer to join our 1st shift team. This role requires hands-on expertise with Trumpf 3-axis laser equipment and the ability to manage both operation and programming tasks to ensure precision cutting and efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities:Operate and program Trumpf 3-axis laser equipment (minimum 5 years' recent experience required) Set cutting conditions and perform basic program edits Maintain and update CNC programs as needed Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to meet production requirements Safely lift up to 30 lbs without assistance Work overtime and weekends as required to meet deadlines Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years' recent experience operating Trumpf 3-axis laser equipment as a primary responsibility Proficiency in setting cutting parameters and making program edits Strong CNC program maintenance skills Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team Shift & Schedule:Monday–Friday: 6:00am to 4:30pm (10-hour shift) or 6:00am to 2:30pm (8-hour shift) Saturday: 6:00am to 12:00pm (as needed) Compensation:$19.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience If you have proven experience with Trumpf 3-axis laser systems and a commitment to precision, we want to hear from you.
