CBN News - Virginia Beach, VAThe Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), a leader in Christian media, is seeking a top-notch Videographer to produce network quality video packages involving location lighting, video/audio recording, directing techniques, and field editing. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN's Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:Minimum of two years' experience in video field production, or a B.A. in video productionWorking knowledge of state-of-the-art video camera, lighting and audio production techniques and equipment operationAbility to perform advanced remote production functions involving lighting, directing and audio recordingKnowledge of TV production in remote locationsBasic editing skills using Adobe PremiereAbility to follow direction, work as an effective production team member and/or independently, to include performing as a One Man Band on field assignmentsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent oral and written communication skillsGood organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to make timely decisionsAbility to give directions clearly, as well as take directionsAbility to travel extensively and work nights and weekendsValid driver's license and a good driving recordAbility to stand for extended periods of time; ability to bend and lift up to 50lbsDemonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN's nonprofit Christian missionPlease include a portfolio link with your application.CBN News is an international, nonprofit news organization that provides programming 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
