You will be working with our crypto backend expert team and cooperating with resourceful PJM & PDM teams. We offer a fantastic culture and great career prospects.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team members on designing, developing, and unit-testing new features and modifications.Design, optimize, and maintain the core matching engine, order book management, and transaction clearing components.Design data structures and utilize appropriate design patterns to model and implement business logic.Design and implement real-time, low-latency data streaming services using WebSockets or related protocols.Document source code and generate readable API documentations.Master software engineering tools like Git, Jenkins, and Maven.RequirementsDegree in CS or equivalent field.At least 5yr+ of professional experience in Java development.Experienced in crypto/blockchain/Web3 is a big plus.Solid understanding of trading/matching engine mechanics (e.g., Price-Time Priority, order lifecycle, order book management).Experience in building high-performance, low-latency, and high-throughput systems; familiarity with in-memory computing or lock-free data structures is highly preferred.Proficient in Apache Kafka for building scalable, fault-tolerant, and event-driven architecturesMust be proficient in Java; nice to have: JavaScript, Python, or Golang.Proficient in mainstream Java application frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, Jersey).Hands-on experience with WebSocket development for real-time applications.Proficient in various data structures and Java concurrency.Proficient in working with relational databases and SQL.Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.Independent contributor with good communication skills for teamwork.Strong problem-solving skills.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
