This is an Hourly position.OverviewPOSITION SUMMARY: Serves as the first point of contact for all inquiries into Human Resources. Responds to routine HR inquiries from Mission Partners, Leaders and Mission Partners by phone and email. Resolve issues and determine the escalation path if necessary after triaging the request or issue. Intakes requests over the phone from Mission Partners and Leaders into a queue for processing.QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:EducationHigh School/GEDExperience1-2 years of experience in Customer ServiceOther Skills/knowledgeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.Preferred QualificationsAssociates Degree1-2 years of experience in Human ResourcesOSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
