Strategic Program Manager
For our client, we are seeking a Strategic Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.This role will oversee complex cross-functional programs that support business priorities and operational execution across the organization. You will bring clarity to ambiguous situations, align stakeholders on scope and success measures, and help ensure programs move smoothly from planning through delivery. The position also plays an important role in strengthening program management discipline, improving consistency, and driving meaningful business outcomes.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $113,400 – $217,400 annuallyResponsibilities Document and manage program priorities, milestones, and decisions across functions. Ensure consistency in program management practices using standard tools and methodologies. Lead cross-functional programs from planning to delivery, aligning on scope and success metrics. Coordinate with teams to manage workstream progress and interdependencies. Challenge assumptions and tradeoffs to align output with business outcomes. Create clarity in ambiguous situations and drive important discussions. Facilitate formal and informal communication for project progress.Qualifications 8-10+ years of program management or cross-functional program leadership experience. Experience in multi-family, MDU, and/or Wi-Fi infrastructure is a plus. Bonus for experience launching new business units or involvement in M&A projects. Proven skill in managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams. Ability to develop and maintain program plans and tracking tools. Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve risks in fast-paced settings.
